New in Version 3.0

Save links from Chrome and send files from your phone to your browser

Connect iLinkVault to Chrome with a QR code from your phone. Save links from any page in one click, and send temporary files from iPhone or Android to the connected browser without email, USB, or personal cloud storage on your work computer.

How It Works

1

Install the Chrome Extension

Install the iLinkVault extension from the Chrome Web Store in under a minute. It works on Chrome, Chromium-based browsers, and Edge.

2

Connect with a QR Code from Your Phone

Open iLinkVault on your iPhone or Android phone, go to Settings → Browser Extension, and scan the QR code shown in the extension popup. This creates a secure, encrypted link between your browser and your phone — no desktop account login needed.

3

Save Links From Desktop to Phone

Click the extension icon on any page and save it to iLinkVault with one click. The link appears instantly on your mobile app, organised and searchable with AI.

4

Send Files From Phone to Browser (Temporary)

Open the iLinkVault app on your iPhone or Android, tap File Transfer, select a file, and send it to your connected browser. The file appears in the extension for download. Files expire after 24 hours — no cloud storage needed on your work computer.

Perfect For…

Save Links at Your Desk, Read on Your Phone

Find an article or resource in Chrome at work? One click saves it to iLinkVault, where it appears immediately on your phone for reading on the commute.

Send Files to a Work Computer Without Email

Need a PDF, screenshot, or document from your phone on a work PC that is not synced with your personal iCloud or Google Drive? Send it through iLinkVault. Files appear in the browser extension, expire after 24 hours, and never touch your cloud storage.

One Vault Across All Browsers

Use Chrome at work and Safari on your phone? iLinkVault bridges the gap. Your links live in one place, accessible from the extension in any Chromium browser or directly in the mobile app.

One-Click Saving With No Friction

No popup forms, no folder selection, no wait. Click the extension icon and the link is saved and auto-categorised by AI. Find it later by asking your vault in plain English.
